What customizations are available?

Are your homes built to specific standards and are they certified?
Our homes adhere to rigorous standards, including NFPA, RVIA, and surpassing ANSI 119.5 standards for park model RVs. Additionally, we are proud to be PWTH certified, reflecting our dedication to constructing homes of the highest quality.
Is this home equipped to handle the conditions in Mammoth, Lake Tahoe, the Colorado mountains, and the challenges presented by hurricanes in Florida?
Certainly! Our homes are crafted to endure North America's toughest weather conditions. They feature tight air sealing, robust insulation—including R-30 rockwool insulation for floors—and a unique subfloor design eliminating thermal bridging. The mini-split and heat recovery ventilator ensure optimal heating, cooling, and ventilation. Siding comprises weather-resistant fiber cement and composite boards, while a 40-year warranty metal roof and engineering for 140 mph hurricane winds and 75 pounds per square foot snow load attest to durability.
Does a warranty come with the product?
Certainly, we provide a one-year warranty covering material and craftsmanship/workmanship defects, system and mechanical issues, as well as structural integrity failures. You will receive a copy of this warranty along with your sales contract.
Installation and site requirements?
Given the RV certification and registration of our homes, you can lawfully park them wherever RVs or travel trailers are allowed. Furthermore, numerous municipalities have enacted laws providing unique allowances for tiny homes, permitting them in areas where typical RVs may not be accepted. It's advisable to check for any specific regulations or ordinances in your local area pertaining to "Tiny Homes on Wheels" or "Movable Tiny Homes."

What site preparations are needed?
Prepare a flat, well-drained area for the home by laying gravel on a weed barrier—no need for a concrete pad. For power, a 50-amp outlet (like an EV charging port) is needed, or a 30-amp if no oven or dryer is required. Connect the home to a standard RV water-supply hose for fresh water. Black and grey water exit through a standard 3” RV outlet, connecting to sewage or septic. Choose a composting toilet option to avoid dealing with black water.
How do I get started?
Step 1: Contact our sales office to assess home compatibility with your property. Jeff, our expert, can guide you on choosing between a spec build or custom option.
Step 2: Secure your spot with a waitlist deposit. Upon build initiation, a 50% deposit is required, with the final payment due upon completion.
Step 3: We assist in coordinating shipping and address any concerns, ensuring a smooth transition of your tiny home to your property.
Where do you deliver and what are the delivery fees?
Our homes are available for delivery throughout all of North America. Deliveries are handled by fully licensed, bonded, and insured third-party carriers to ensure your home reaches you safely. The delivery charges are typically calculated at a rate of $1.25 to $3 per mile, starting from Los Angeles.

How long does it take to build with you?
As our homes are custom-built, with a typical construction duration of 2 to 12 weeks based on size and upgrades, your delivery timeframe depends on our build schedule. Additionally, we have homes in stock available for immediate purchase. Contact us to discuss your project start date or explore our in-stock options.
What are the options for toilets?
Choose the toilet that suits your site plan—our standard is a gravity-flush toilet for septic connections. Alternatively, we offer options like Nature’s Head composting toilet or Cinderella incinerating toilet. Whether connected to septic or going off-grid, we tailor systems to meet your needs and preferences.
What’s the difference between an RV and a Park Model RV?
Park Model RVs, recognized in RV building codes, are larger and less road-travel-friendly. They're designed for hardwiring into an electric grid, not using an RV plug, and are ideal for long-term stays. Some local areas may require Park Model RV certifications for tiny homes, underscoring the need to be aware of local ordinances.
